SUBJECT

“One in Christ – fulfilling the Great Commandment and Great Commission”

Scripture Focus: 1 Corinthians 12 & 13

Session One: based on 12:7 - looking at the gifts we have as individuals and within our communities of faith. As we each appreciate our gifts and the gifts of others, we are better able to fulfil the Great Commission.

Session Two: based on 12:18 & 25 – thinking about communities of faith and their unique missional fingerprint; location, context, opportunities, challenges. How can we build up and resource each other so that we are better able to fulfil the Great Commission?

Session Three: based on 13:13 – reflecting on our love for God and how we nurture that with spiritual disciplines and self-care, our love for one another, and our love for those in our communities. How might us achieving this lead to our fulfilling the Great Commandment?
